When it comes to marketing, I don't have one set philosophy or approach - I dig deeply into whatever channel I'm working on, and find ways to make an impact, quickly.

I relish the opportunities to collaborate with creative professionals and achieve results. What drives me is finding problems that I enjoy solving.

Over my career, primarily at Horizon Media in NYC, I've managed a multitude of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including projects in social media, content strategy, online reputation management, CRM, SMS, and search engine optimization.

I'm always looking to challenge myself, develop new skills, and pursue lifelong learning. My career trajectory as a professional reflects that focus.

I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of enterprise clients, including a top resort in the Caribbean, beloved fast food brands, a gourmet chocolate company, a historic seafood brand, and a financial services company, just to name a few.

I have developed effective, ethical strategies to improve negative review site profiles, set up systems to acquire authentic customer feedback, and train internal teams on best practices. With the right strategy, a 1-star average is never the end of the world - it's just the beginning of a transformative digital journey.

 

MMS & SMS

Mobile messaging campaigns can provide customers with amazing interactive experiences and reward loyalty. I've worked on a multitude of mobile messaging campaigns and managed full deployment and reporting processes. Oftentimes, an email can be lost within the void of customer inboxes, but the right personalized mobile message with a great offer can capture customer attention at the right time.

CRM

Connecting with customers and keeping them engaged can inspire incredible brand loyalty. I've developed CRM strategies and campaigns for email, in-app experiences, push notifications, and more. I've also led creative strategy, QA processes, and KPI development - building the critical foundation for ongoing CRM success that resonates with customers. 

 

Content Strategy

Nearly all the work I’ve done in digital marketing has involved a strong foundation of content strategy. Amazing digital content not only drives revenue but delights existing audiences, while sparking new customer relationships. I love conceptualizing and writing digital content, especially working with dedicated copywriters and designers to flex my creative muscles. Building content strategies and executing campaigns from start to finish has been a consistently rewarding aspect of my marketing career.

SEO

Improving organic search rankings through SEO is critical for any website. Choosing the right non-branded keywords can make a huge difference when it comes to crafting new digital content. I enjoy writing amazing on-page optimizations, uncovering technical issues, diving into local SEO, and plenty more. SEO is always evolving, and therefore, always exciting.

 

Social Media

Social media connects us to our loved ones, the world around us, and the brands we love. Social media platforms have become the connective tissue that allows brands to express their vision, build deep relationships with customers, and positively impact local communities. I've been instrumental in helping clients enhance their brand voice and engagement strategy on social media through effective content executions that resonate with audiences.
